FireFox Setup:
- Click on Toolbar image.

- The Firefox "Allowed Sites" window will appear.
- Enter pitchonlev.givestream.com in the box under "Address of web site."
- Click "Allow" to add Pitchon Lev GiveStream to the list of allowed sites, then click "OK".
